Fano is responsible for everything except accommodation but also contact him with this matter, and he will contact pikor.
It would be nice if you send text messages instead of calling (before you will be in Poland) because of different time zones and what is more important it's cheaper :) And if you won't get response for email after 7 days sent it again - probably it didn't reach me - or contact at CT Forums or TDC.
